I had a lovely stay at this hotel, where the staff genuinely went out of their way to make me feel welcome and assisted with any requests I had. The rooms were not only clean but also absolutely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast experience was truly delightful, especially enjoying it with lake views. However, I did feel that some amenities could be improved for a complete experience.
